The hotel was located in a great area, close to plenty of cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and tidy, with fresh towels and bedding provided. the staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival.
My New Year's experience at this hotel was not ideal. The heating in the room was not working properly, making the room very cold, and the noise from other guests in neighboring rooms kept me awake at night.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel due to its fantastic location next to the shopping mall and close to the center of the city. We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's location was perfect for us, being right next to a shopping mall and so close to the center of town. It made it really easy for us to do some shopping and explore the local area. We also appreciated the convenience of having amenities like room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. And the room itself was amazing, with all the necessary facilities and a comfortable sitting area. We also loved the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This hotel has a great location. It's close to a shopping mall and only a short distance from the city center. the rooms are clean and well-equipped with basic amenities. the bathroom is decent and the breakfast is good. the staff is friendly and efficient.
